How to get the process started:

Please contact me to determine if Ride the Wave Wellness, Inc. is networked through your insurance provider. Otherwise, my out-of-pocket rate $160 for the initial intake session and $140 for ongoing sessions. On occasion, I am willing use a need based sliding scale fee for families or individuals on a temporary basis.  After an appointed length of time, we can re-evaluate the reduced fee to determine financial need to do so.
