At this time, my practice is telehealth only. ABOUT ME: I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Gerontologist, Author, and Mental Health Educator. I possess a depth and breath of experience gained from providing mental health counseling, consulting, crisis intervention, education, advocacy, support, and case management services in various settings since 1996. My current ADHD-CCSP certification means that I am Certified Clinical Service Provider for people diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, related executive functioning difficulties, and mild to moderate dementia. I provide education, support, resources, services, processes, and systems for individuals and families. I am the Owner, solo Clinical Therapist and Gerontologist at Ride the Wave Wellness™. My style is casual, collaborative, strength based, yet always genuine and client led. I work for YOU and with YOU, and I consider it a privilege to do so.
